3. Grievance Handling Process

  1. All grievances received via email/phone/letter are acknowledged within 3 business days.
  2. A unique grievance reference number is assigned to each complaint.
  3. Grievance is examined and appropriate action is taken within 30 days.
  4. The complainant is informed of the resolution via the same channel.
  5. If unsatisfied, the complainant may escalate to the next level.
